I appreciate the work culture at HighRadius, where open communication is encouraged, and even junior team members are empowered to ask questions and share their ideas with senior management without hesitation. The environment fosters a sense of boldness and transparency, allowing for meaningful contributions at all levels of the organization.

There is a noticeable difference in management styles between the USA and India. In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Favoritism appears to influence decisions, often disregarding the contributions of hardworking individuals. CEO- Thinks he is God and is infallible , Believes in firing and blame people for his strategies not working, constant Re-orgs across departments. If you are a fresh college grad, and looking for a job, this is a decent company. Note that, I am calling it decent solely because of the starting salary they offer which is around 8 lpa. Apart from the salary, there aren't many good things to talk about this company. They have this policy of office parties every quarter and moderately frequent team outings - if this interests you.

Firstly, the management lacks a clear direction. Policies change what feels like every 2 months in the name of a "Fast-paced culture". Honestly, it feels like they are rolling out changes and performing Beta testing on their employees. To them, the customer is God - this isn't necessarily a bad thing but it comes at the cost of employee's Work-Life balance. No one will directly ask you to work overtime, but indirectly, deadlines will be set in a way, you will be forced to work overtime as well as on weekends. At times, you won't even get allocation for projects you are supporting as Project Managers will ask you for favours. Promotions used to be good about 2 years ago. But now they have rolled out Auto pH (appraisal) where your KPIs are directly tied to your Project's success. In theory, this sounds good, but in reality, your KPIs get penalized even for client-ended shortcomings such as low adoption or client-ended delays. They boast a lot about how "transparent" this new system is, and how it removes "human biases" but, in reality, whatever rating you get is carved in stone. They will ask you to write a "Challenge Opera" if you feel your rating is incorrect, but it's a waste of time, as the outcome won't change. They will use their "corporate MBA terminologies" to counter your arguments and shut you off. Overall, there are several other shortcomings, but I only recommend this company to fresh college grads and I recommend them to switch within max 1-1.5 years after gaining a decent enough experience....Read More

Only company which is rated the least in all companies in hyderabad, they hire and fire , most bad CEO ever on this earth, he recently fired CTO and CFO and so many senior leaders - The ratings in apps like Ambition box and glass door speaks for worst job security, every day people sleep and wake up with fear of losing their job

There is nothing to like apart from the occasional parties they throw to attract young college students.

Everything. If you will join this organisation you will learn how to manage office politics and buttering only. Recently they have asked their Strategy and Operations team to write down a documents called Opera in their org, to their CEO on why do you deserve to be in HighRadius. Pitiful place.

The CEO and CPO are friends from their college time and the company only runs as per their own rules and thinking, and for that they can fire anyone who are not there puppet.
