Teammates and Managers are very supportive and help you learn and give you good opportunities. Work-life balance is okay. Managers are understanding of your personal life

Dislikes

Proper communication with upper management and concerned teams is lacking due to which lot of misunderstandings and unnecessary time is wasted. Job security is unexpected, you will never know when they decide to kick you out. Even good employees can be kicked out.

The work culture is the worst here, there is no job security and the employees are not valued. They treat them like their workers.

Dislikes

No worklife balance, no work culture, they promote young ideas but they don’t implement them. They make them feel worthless. No time to time recognition. They keep on recognizing people whom they like too much favourism.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
