Learned managing,Organizing & planning day to day work. Gained some good skills. Ex: ( good communication skills, customer solving solutions & how to give the best under pressure ).

I was expecting to see that the management department to well-extend or giveing each new hired employee the specific position with his previous employment experiences, skills & interests. Finally, Salaries must be given with a brief and well studied strategic business requirements to employees.
