Dislikes

The top hierarchy is absolutely shit , maganment is at its worse , partiality among management, divide and rule policy , leathers are of top notch quality , which tears up within few months of use not all but most , servicing policy are on next level charging a ridiculus amount just for zip change . If being the staff of the company doesnt satisfy with product , then how will the customer believe.

The RD and the ARM is very helpful. They support alot and keeps motivated in every situation

Dislikes

The higher management doesn't value a employees service. There is a politics and divide & rule policy. No salary increment according to market standards. It is just named as an international brand but in reality there is nothing as such what an international brand does. They don't give value to the old employees. I have wasted my hardwork all these years for such a shit company.
