Job security is question mark, when you perform good will get good. Person who plans a short time 3-4 years to work is good.More than that not preferable. Top management is good but middle management is weakier and if they spend time to strong middle management company has a good future. 3Months Notice period will kill you.Future job change will be very difficult.Paid and go is not available!!

1) Top management is good but they are focusing on growing the business not the people's. 2) Major Core department has no value in many aspects, just function Yes boss. 3) Cost savings in silly things ( No sports activities, No Culturals, No Refreshments program, Employee motivation program, Lack of Necessary Technical training ,Cost savings in Food, No transportation facility, No uniform, Gradually all other basics requirements is going away)...Read More
