Dislikes

There is no job security in HIC. You may be fired at any time and will not be paid salary at all. At the time of appraisal they will make you sign a bond as per their instructions, if you do not sign then they will increase the salary only by 2 to 5%. There is no fixed timing. To show that you are doing the job they provide lunch which is not good to eat at all. If you have any other option then join there. You will soon get stuck in HIC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS. No one is happy here. HIC means anxiety, depression, office politics, a company with low salary which takes more work but pays less salary. They only shows off, they only does marketing and they does nothing for the employees except harassing them....Read More
