SR. salesforce developer are good who is provided a training very well.

Dislikes

-Fake promises by HR (HR don't have her own decisions) -not paying 2 month stipend and they were giving a reason of technical issue -no growth -there is some politics inside the firm -no value of employees -they terminate within a min,they did not give any notice period,no documents of exp and even HR will not give any answers if you are asking about the pending stipend. - they forcefully tell to employees to add good reviews about HIC....Read More

WFH They provided the work from home facility during pandemic. Gifts.. They give gifts to new joinees during joining and on birthday of employee as well.. Laptop Also provides the laptop for company work. Fun friday games is also good on every 2nd friday . HR The HR was fantastic . Her name (five letter word) starts with A and end with i . Company provided 1 hour lunch during work from home .

Training Structure.. The training they provided to new joinees was a bad quality training because separately they don't hire the trainer to train the trainees , What they do is , they ask senior developer , tester , business analyst etc i.e. company old employee to give training . And the seniors have a lot work already . So they give only 50 min training. It is very hesitating sometimes to ask the querry. Laptop.. The laptop they provide for work from home is not a good laptop because in my case the touch pad was not working fine and my friend laptop was also not perfect . Because they just change the configuration of the old laptops and give them to joinees. Bond.. Yes dear , they ask you to sign the 2 years work bond i.e. you have to work in their organisation for at least 2 years . And as a security they ask you to submit a Rs 1,00,000 /- (One lakh rupees) cheque. You have to fill the cheque with the amount and sign it . But there is no need to maintain 1 lakh rupees in your account. If you leave the company before 2 years bond then they have your cheque. And you have to give one lakh rupees. If you have not one lakh rupees then they will bounce your cheque in the bank and spoil your image. Arrogancy.. Not all but one person in the company is so arrogant. And tries to show the attitude of his position and money to the small employees. He can fire anybody. Low Salary.. yes every employee is sick of their low salary . Take more work from you and give you less salary.. Appraisal is done only in one year. They offer very less , nobody can survive on that salary if he or she is living on rent in Noida.....Read More

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
