Company needs to revamp the supply chain management. Very poor delivery schedule for the products. Work life balance is there. For service engineer life will be easy as the product quality is good which leads to less failure rate and site visits. Apart from salary rest all the work processes takes unnecessary times and delay. Job security is not there, and you can be fired if mangement does not see any output from your side or if they feel that you are not obeying the management decisions....Read More
