1. No standard pay slab across designation.. lot of disparity 2. Too much partiality. . 3. As Company do not have structured teams for any activities, lot of scope for learning

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and all the credit for Hard work always benefirts the Sr. mgmt. .. not the ground. Salary - Lot of disparity in salary across designations.. your subordinate might be drawing twice as your salary.
