Big MNC brand, bt terrible work environment, zero professionalism, zero management which will give you the worst experience you expect from any MNC and it will make your future employers look very much easier to work with.

Dislikes

Anything from senior management, to lower management, no strategies, only focus on sale no., no quality sale, market image is worse, only due to the demand and german tag dealers buying our product

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
