Job security. They is no firing from job. If you performances are poor means you will transfer one place to another. Month end only little pressure. Rest of the days.. No such pressure work balance. Travels will be quite lot..

Career growth is worst.. No increment.. Very less appraisal. Unachievable target(example 142% in a year). Bias and unfair in targets

To be honest.Last year is okay but this year management want 142% growth with tied with salary.This makes uncomfortable and zero% increment in salary for my batch.I hate to work here but working bcoz of bond(3 work bond if we leave between -1 lac penalty)
