If ur sales manger not liking to u, u r not safe there, Hetero as an organization is very very good, but it should care the HR deptt. role should strong, Middle persons creates disturbance to save their job. policy to create strong customer base should be matched as per market. Salary structure should be improved for performers. HO people are are not so competant, what i feel.

Team mates are good, bosses are not so effective to guide and handholding, As per post they are not working, e,g Sm level post people seems to working as a medical representative, annual increament is not so good,work life balance is ok. i,e if u r working more hours for copmany and u get success, from that kind of job satisfaction can be achieved, it depends from person to person. for me career grwoth was good, but salary was not matched as per the designation and work load....Read More
