Work is better if you are trained to do it and time is very valuable. Praying early in the morning and doing exercise feels very good, it gives a good start to the day.

One has to work at one place for the whole year due to which there is no opportunity to learn any other work and one cannot get complete information and there is strong opposition to going to the bathroom.
