Great work culture in Hero,When Emirates was there and company has great management team. Recent times company does not follow legacy culture

Company forced employees for VRS .when profits came down and Middle management people ZSM are greedy and promoted native state people's not by performance.

Previously good involvement from area office but last few years they are not focusing and no appraisal from hero side I think i spent my life in hero hero company grows but staff like us struggle for them but still I want to work with hero itself I love hero

Promoting wrong peoples. Specially in Haridwar plant, the two Sardars are very dangerous. They are good at eating others Hardwork and have zero skills.
