Over-all working culture is really very bad , No personal life there , Everytime people's are insisting for whatsapp reporting, No Saturday No Sunday is there, Always video call review video call review unnecessary work pressure from 1st day of the Month. No space for medical issues personal issues Everytime reporting reporting or reporting.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
