At one point of time, employees start to feel comfortable. Working Environment fluctuates.. depending upon the HoD. Some of them are really chilled out.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The list is long. Please be patient :- 1. Top Management - Needs knowledge as their thinking methodology hasn't changed despite the industry gone full circle. 2. Management or even the top superiors only cares about the work they have no issues no concern if the employees are sick, dying or already dead. 3. MGT is forcing employees to work in office even during corona crises. 4. Work Culture is pathetic and there is a lot of politics. 5. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Almost 0. Employees are made to do the same work for 3-6 years and if some new opportunities are given there is no monetary benefit for initial years. 6. No work from home until covid 19...Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
