No Incentive if earned incentive then company will deduction form it in form of many type so company dont want to give the incentive, company depend on lower level manager don’t connect with sales employees

Any time concall even after 7,8,9,10 pm not worried about personal life if I was on leave then they take 2-3 con call so it is must to attent call and boss will deduct petrol claim which is company provide to employees.

There is no meaning of your complain to HR , there is chance you will not present in the Institution after filling complain. Too many people present in system which belongs to MD personal servents natives they are working as pond fish 🐟
