Professional Working Environment - specially staff with talented and experienced people found satisfactory. Individual gets chance to improve upon him to remove any deficiency noticed on self.

Many induction system for staff and workmen to get entry -are bit lengthy - which needs to be smooth and short, Need to bring more attitude in organization to work like Contractor somewhere i see Tata Projects Limited need to work, HR Support could have been further extended introduction program for new joiner found missing this brings people more closure.

None. People are the issue not the company and it's culture. Individual can be responsible for your poor impression at TPL else policy and others details are perfectly fine.

Administrative management are very good. Company very good in Ethics.

Dislikes

Organisation Systems should be maintained rigidly but at site level many bypasses observed. For implementing the company culture (as per OCP and standards) at site there need to fight with all concerned department. There need to improve.

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.

Less projects now a days. company terminating by keeping you in "performance improvement Programme" in less than 1-3 months. Bad hiring policy. Poor management.

Poor and Toxic work culture at CMRL projects due to Top management issues . Dont care about Staff and workmen welfare measures. All Govt Holidays also need to work day and night. They will not provide the Basic PPE's also to staffs .
