The company being from the IT background has best solutions as per the industry trends.

Dislikes

The company has a terrible culture of not recognizing the potential of employees and always has the blame game going. The employees along with the management team is not willing to understand situations at ground zero.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
