Company is heading towards automations, so not much of productive work is left at the organisation level. So management evaluates individuals performance on the basis of extra initiatives that one can perform. If there is a balance between productive work and initiatives, it would have been fare. You cannot show this as experience while giving an interview for other companies. You don't gain relevant experience or one which would help you gain expertise and switch jobs. The only that is good about Here solution is work culture which they are losing now.

1. The claim of being agile as company is on the cost of resources. The resources doesn’t which new project he/she will shove to every quarter. Sometime mid quarter resource asked join some-other project sometime they quarter have begun and resource are still not informed which project they will working on. All this leads to resource hardwork and learning of months to nothing as human behaviour we are comfortable with someone we already know so the team change come to cost of resource who is new to team. 2. The higher management specifically Project Leader know nothing about projects what their team are working what is project all about. They just choose few favourites and they technically run the team. 3. The growth is so slow there are people who are were supposed to be higher position some one or two years ago but are in queue which keep on increasing as tenure resource count increase. 4. No proper dividing of resources for eg some teams will 3 resources with highest designation (HGT) 4,5 resources with middle (G2), 3,4 in queue to be (G2) and rest G1 and some will have no Higher designation resource at all, 1,2 G2 and rest G1 so this make into not equal opportunity play ground. 5. The higher management again specifically Project Leader should be higher with some strict interview basis as most of them do nothing doesn’t ever know basic managing skills or cost effective project scope and least of all communication. As it is global company English fluency is must most of them can’t even speak a sentence which will make sense. 5. No right path to put all of above feedback in right hands.
