This place has the worst morale. Everyone is just going through the motions, waiting for something better. There’s a lack of professional development opportunities, leaving you stagnant in your role.
The lack of transparency from upper management is frustrating. We’re kept in the dark about important decisions. If you're not part of the inner circle, forget about promotions. It’s hard to feel motivated when you see so many talented people being ignored because of favoritism. I've seen better management practices in fast-food chains.
