It feels like a popularity contest rather than an assessment. The economy is struggling and feels unstable. You're expected to be available 24/7, which leads to burnout. The pay structure is ridiculous. Experience counts for nothing here.

The culture stifles creativity and innovation. You’ll feel like a robot. My requests for help were constantly ignored. I felt completely alone.

There’s a culture of fear here. Employees are scared to speak up or suggest improvements due to the toxic environment. Communication is poor, and expectations are completely unrealistic. There’s a severe disconnect between management and employees. Our concerns are brushed aside, leaving us feeling powerless.
