Promotions are handed out based on personal relationships, not merit. Management's lack of vision makes it hard to understand the company’s goals and direction.
I was promised a competitive salary, but my pay is way below industry standards. There’s a lack of growth opportunities here, and the work feels stagnant. If you want a job that respects your time and effort, look elsewhere. This place doesn’t care. The training videos are overwhelming and poorly structured. I feel trapped in this job with no way out. The pressure to stay in the office is overwhelming....Read More

The expectation to work late nights and weekends is unreasonable. It takes a toll on personal life. I regret ever joining this firm. It’s been nothing but disappointment.
Senior leadership turns a blind eye to harassment; it’s a breeding ground for misconduct. Projects lack clarity and focus, leading to frustration and wasted time.

Expect to be micromanaged and have your ideas dismissed without consideration.
Working in PCS feels like being stuck in a never-ending cycle of mindless data entry. There's no real work being done. The company clings to outdated practices that hinder productivity and employee satisfaction. High turnover rate speaks volumes about this place. People can’t wait to leave. The management team shows no understandingor compassion for employee struggles. It feels very isolating. If you have issues with your project, don’t expect any help or guidance from management....Read More

Promotions are often given based on seniority rather than performance. This is demoralizing for dedicated workers. Collaboration is a joke; it's every person for themselves here.
Team collaboration is nonexistent; everyone is in it for themselves. The constant changes in policy leave us all feeling lost and frustrated. The culture here is all about competition rather than teamwork. It creates an environment of distrust. This organization has a serious problem with employee engagement.

Upper management doesn’t care about the employees. It’s all about themselves. I reached out for assistance and was met with eye rolls and sarcasm. It was embarrassing.
My team was constantly undermined, leading to a lack of morale and productivity. There’s a sense of distrust; decisions often seem self-serving. Your concerns will fall on deaf ears—HR is just a formality here.

Management’s indifference to employee burnout is alarming. I had to fight for my final paycheck for weeks after quitting. It's unacceptable to have to chase down what you're owed.
You’ll often find yourself picking up the slack for poorly managed teams. The certification programs are a joke. They do nothing for personal growth or the company’s reputation. They’ll cut positions to save a few bucks, leaving everyone else scrambling for work. Talented individuals are often sidelined for those who just go along to get along.

The culture is cliquish, and if you’re not in the right group, good luck getting ahead. The benefits package is lackluster at best. They claim to care about employee wellness, but it’s all talk.
Training feels like a punishment rather than an opportunity to grow professionally. Management seems to have no regard for employee wellbeing. It feels like we’re all just cogs in a machine. I never felt like my contributions were valued. It’s demotivating to put in so much effort for nothing.

The environment here is toxic. You’re constantly under pressure, and no one cares about your well-being. It's like being trapped in a nightmare. The negativity from Sahil permeates the entire office. The company claims to value employees, but they will fire you in a heartbeat if it saves them money. Total lack of job security. The endless politics overshadow any chance of teamwork.
The office atmosphere is unwelcoming; collaboration is discouraged. without any acknowledgment or appreciation. There's no work-life balance here; I feel burnt out all the time. If you decide to leave, expect management to treat you poorly. They’ll make it personal. Employees are expendable; they’ll replace you in a heartbeat.

I've witnessed too many talented people leave because they were never given a fair chance compared to Bangalore staff. New employees are treated like outsiders. There’s no support for those switching fields.
The technology is outdated and inefficient. Favoritism runs rampant. If you aren’t in the boss’s inner circle, forget about getting a fair shake. The hike was a mess. Team members avoided taking responsibility at all costs. The company culture feels outdated and in need of a serious overhaul.

I thought I could grow here, but there’s no guidance or encouragement from management. It’s very disheartening. The team dynamics are strained, with constant blame-shifting and lack of accountability. The office environment is cliquish. If you’re not part of the in-crowd, you’re ignored. The leadership lacks vision, making the work feel pointless—disappointing experience. I’ve never seen such a lack of empathy from a management team.
The recruitment team clearly has a bias towards candidates who know someone on the inside. I wasted my time applying. The people here have an air of superiority that’s really off-putting. Job security is a constant worry; management has no regard for employee stability. I’ve never seen a company so out of touch with its employees. The leadership lacks basic industry knowledge. The workload is overwhelming, and the pay doesn’t match the effort. Work-life balance is non-existent. The stress levels are through the roof due to constant pressure. Good WLB, salary, benefits, and company culture. Manager will listen and let you scream, but will not keep commitments made in one-on-ones. Since they lack decision-making power.
has changed in six years. Under PIP, people are being removed. An employee on PIP is considered worthless. The worst projects like TD, Pfizer, Roche, and KP have managers that act like they began the firm and don't advance salaries or promotions. Much to write but.... I can't speak for the entire , but the project I'm in isn't great. I love the work, but managersI would have really appreciated them if everything was goodyell at us, keep restrictions on where to sit in the office, whom to talk to, whom not to talk to, make rules they don't follow, micro manage, and sometimes come to office to druuuunk. They never cared about how we felt. This review is not intended to hurt anyone, but if it fits you, wear it Cinderella. You'll be overworked and not exposed to your skills, with low salary increases....Read More

For laterals, growth is slow because they have to prove themselves to get promoted. Compared to existing this company employees, your designation level will be one level down, but you may be ahead in salary. Beginning one year, laterals receive a single-digit salary increase. No job security. No work culture. No compensation benefits. No satisfaction at work place
1) how much talent is leaving? 2) why so many resources are left under supervisor and address supervisor concerns Candidates, please reconsider and read evaluations before applying. The management, especially the HR head, manager, and trainer, are terrible for not understanding and discussing. Even my project stinks.

Managers are supportive only. And rest are horrible.
A Disappointing Experience – Unethical Management & False Promises My experience with Henry Harvin has been extremely disappointing. The management is solely focused on revenue, with little to no concern for the quality of services provided to candidates. Despite charging ₹2L-₹3L for job guarantee programs, they fail to deliver on their promises, leaving students and professionals frustrated. The work culture is equally toxic. Abhishek Ratnawat (AVP) controls everything—from sales targets to leaves, LOP, and interviews—yet provides zero support to employees. There is no proper HR structure, and employees are treated with disrespect. Higher salaries are offered to new hires while experienced employees suffer with low pay and no proper increments. The company manipulates policies to serve its convenience, often changing them without notice. There is no transparency, no official documentation for designations, and no regard for employee well-being. Senior leaders like Kounal Gupta and Avinash Gupta also fail to maintain professionalism and respect towards employees. If you are considering joining Henry Harvin as an employee or enrolling as a student, I strongly advise you to think twice. The promises made are not fulfilled, and both employees and candidates end up feeling deceived....Read More

No one feels safe speaking up. The fear of retaliation is very real in this workplace. I was placed on a project with no guidance and felt completely lost. This is not a place for career growth.
The training process is insufficient, leaving new hires feeling lost and unsupported. The constant changes in management lead to confusion and a lack of direction. No respect for personal time; I often have to work late without pay. Contractors are expected to work twice as hard as full-time employees, yet receive no compensation during client holidays.
It's shocking how out of touch the leadership is with the realities of working remotely. The workload is unmanageable, and there's no help in sight. Work-life balance? What a joke. I was hired through a consultancy and only kept for a few months until the project ended. After that, I was let go without any communication.

My experience here has been nothing but frustrating. The leadership is more interested in office politics than team success. Morale is low due to ineffective management. The emphasis on pleasing supervisors over actual productivity is disheartening. You’ll find your true potential stifled. Management prioritizes profits over people. Disorganized and lazy employees ruin everything. Perfect for people who enjoy chaos. It’s exhausting to work alongside people who lack ambition and drive. I’ve never encountered such poor management. The lack of staffing leads to burnout, yet management does nothing to address it. The job description was misleading. The actual role is much more demanding and stressful than advertised.
