I've witnessed too many talented people leave because they were never given a fair chance compared to Bangalore staff. New employees are treated like outsiders. There’s no support for those switching fields.

Dislikes

The technology is outdated and inefficient. Favoritism runs rampant. If you aren’t in the boss’s inner circle, forget about getting a fair shake. The hike was a mess. Team members avoided taking responsibility at all costs. The company culture feels outdated and in need of a serious overhaul.

The leadership lacks vision, making the work feel pointless—disappointing experience. I’ve never seen such a lack of empathy from a management team.

Dislikes

The recruitment team clearly has a bias towards candidates who know someone on the inside. I wasted my time applying. The people here have an air of superiority that’s really off-putting. Job security is a constant worry; management has no regard for employee stability. I’ve never seen a company so out of touch with its employees. The leadership lacks basic industry knowledge. They terminated my contract without any warning, leaving me in a difficult situation.

Dislikes

The work environment is incredibly stressful, and morale is at an all-time low. Overwork is expected, and taking time off is looked down upon.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
