Good working environment and culture.Teammates are supportive.company policy are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is not good management.

The job is quite interesting I struggling little bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learn everything on the job .and now I need to move other organisations to learn more and more

Management pressure is not on employee.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issues.salery is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training os not given to new joinees.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
