I am working here as GET in utility department. There is 12 months contractual Training period for a GET. After completing your GET if there is a perticular vacancy in your department or company likes your work during your Training period, then and then your chances may increase for a permanent base. My over all experience is good here. In a part of skills development and learning it's totally on GET...no one will personally teach you ...but for getting a basic knowledge in MECHANICAL field ... this company is much enough. duty timings are 9.30am to 6pm , so work life balance maintain easy. In a part of compensation and benefits.... there is no cafeteria or bus service by company. Company culture is good but I think somewhere every you will feel politics with relate to work or anything....but best quote is just do your work good and love your work andenjoy your company. If you are permanent here then no more risk relate to job security. company is much stronger in business and compitition area. In a part of career growth and opportunities the level of increment and salary scale are low as compre to your knowledge and experience and graduation. At last I must say that whatever you work or wherever you working guys please don't take easy to work without seafty... wear helmet, earplugs, seafty shoes..all will help you to protecting ur self.
