Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The only benefit you will have working here is that you will learn to tackle toxic people and demotivating seniors.. they will torture to that you will start having suicidal thoughts, few days ago something like this happened also.

Dislikes

Everything from poor management to dirty politics of seniors to late salary credit mostly in next months that too in 50 -50 ratio. Hr rude behavior towards employee. Working 12 hour shift is minimum expectations from everyone on submission you might have to work till next morning happened with me always. Even after working so hard you have to beg even for sick leaves. Seniors are so demotivating specially some super seniors...Read More
