very good teammates, but average training and job security is very good because when we don a good job there have now issue. other wise no issue from any where in this group.

only salary is a issue because we are the old people in this group. but incoming new people tacking a good salary. but not increase our salary.

day by day i follow the buyer requirement. this is the main target. other wise i don't have a work. because starting my carriage i give a lots of pressure to Aline the people. after then re laxly i can do my job.
