Compnay has their own standard and procedures which quite good.

Dislikes

Lot’s of politics, languag feeling and partiality. Work pressure is very high, no rules of working time( i have worked in one of project for heisco up to 14 hain hrs. till ending of project. Many time faced about work end time transportation. Manager of Project is totally against employee. He need only work. He is not a professional in his way, he act always like dictator. He is not taking self decision always someone brain washing agianst emoloyee. No caring about employee and so many things are there....Read More
