Working in Heisco is great experience. Company is good only need to focus more on Workers Buses transportation on workers health safety and hygiene issue by cleaning and dis infection of all Buses from inside. I request to make an workers health safety and hygiene surprise inspection on projects welfare bus transportation. And also get the feed back of from workers by installing complain and suggest box in every buses. Which shall be lock, can be controlled and operate by top management not by project coordinator record n check on monthly basis....Read More

Working in HEISCO Projects are like dominating culture in projects specially Roughly behaviour of bus transport coordinator and very poor unhygienic Bus transportation. Employees welfare is poor Buses are shining from outside but very viral n unhygienic from inside. Even after reporting this issue as an positive step towards health and Safety of workers. Simple company have lot of procedures but the management is not following n nobody will get the benefits as per the produres n contract agreement. Company is surviving only on the basis of paying salaries regularly otherwise nobody will stick with this
