Full of Politics, Owner keeps on involving in every matter, Noting helps you to take a lead, No power of taking decision as nothing is under your control, Laughing at Heathergrey is a serious offence, They think whoever sits late is working more, AC have timings to work. So, after some Point you will feel warm as they turn off AC at a certain interval, Too many documents - in these digital era company is still believing on Paper work, Owner do not trust his employee at all, Even the most senior level employee is given such a work which do not suits his profile, The Tea/Coffee which are served in cafeteria have cockroach or thier parts which have been complaint a lot of times but, Machine is not yet changed many employee have got cockroach in thier cup or in thier mouth Every evening limited snacks is provided to employee but they do not provide to junior level staff like office boy and housekeeping or Runners Compensation given to office boys and runners is only 1500 per month for Travelling - extra money used for travelling is either from their or Merchandiser pocket. Certain "Boss Licker" people are still in the company due to whom other suffers, Too much more to write but, I would suggest DO NOT join the company - these people can ruin your career at any time because there is no Job security they can ask you to Leave the company as confirmation letter is given after many months only after giving too many reminders...Read More
