Culture amongst employees is really good (excluding HR and finance team), everyone responds quickly whenever asked for help. Focus on best coding practises and decent overall learning environment.

Dislikes

HR team is the worst, specially Niharika Saxena. Job security is very low. They don't act on the feedback. Lack of professionalism when employee goes out.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

I never seen this kind of CEO, Mr Piyush Jain. He is very humble person and Very supportive. Every Friday Company will give the lunch and every two months Company will arrange the some sports activity and night parties. Training and development team, also too good.
