I’m deeply dissatisfied with my experience at Hear.com The job security here is virtually nonexistent, leaving employees constantly anxious about their positions. Management is a major issue - decisions often seem arbitrary, and there is a noticeable lack of transparency and support. To make matters worse, salary deductions have been frequent and unexplained, adding financial stress on top of an already unstable work environment.
