I liked before but they changed alot in this Covid time. They are doing paycut from April not even thinking about employees situations, Showing leave in our payslips for that paycuts.

Dislikes

Everything now. -Paycuts -HR policy.(before notice was 1 month now they changed it to 3 month without informing employees) -German people are behaving like dictators. -Comparing IT people with sales people. -Germans use bad languages in calls. -Showing leaves in payslip for every month.

Culture amongst employees is really good (excluding HR and finance team), everyone responds quickly whenever asked for help. Focus on best coding practises and decent overall learning environment.

Dislikes

HR team is the worst, specially Niharika Saxena. Job security is very low. They don't act on the feedback. Lack of professionalism when employee goes out.

The supportive team and friendly environment. You know you're working with your competitors but there's no such pressure/environment. That is work and colleagues don't keep it that way.

Literally nothing. It has such an awesome culture. A great company to start your career with.
