- Consult customers via telephone throughout every step of the process (B 2 C process)
- Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer
- Act as the middle-man between the customer and our partner providers
- Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids
- After understanding the level of hearing loss and the budget of the customer suggest him / her the ideal hearing aid for him/her and help them purchasing a hearing aid

Only Team Leader's company no value of Sales Consultant. Disrespect is your daily feed. You have to yes to your TL for everything beyond logic if you say anything else circumstances will be worse like anything. But still I am working from 2 years by saying Yes only and doing my job just to earn money.
