Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team in the real estate investment sector. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer relations, or real estate, and be passionate about helping clients explore and understand real estate investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Interaction: Engage with potential investors through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their investment needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about real estate investment options.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of available real estate investment products, project details, and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Assist in qualifying leads, gathering relevant information, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to follow up on high-potential opportunities.
  • Presentations and Demos: Assist the sales team with presentations, property tours, and demonstrations to prospective investors.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and status updates using CRM tools and track the progress of leads.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in real estate to assist in positioning investment opportunities effectively.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads, contributing to overall sales and revenue goals.
  • Client Communication: Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and introductory presentations to be shared with potential clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-3 years in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role; experience in real estate or investment-related sales is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and present ideas clearly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric: A keen focus on customer satisfaction and understanding client needs.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:


  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and investment strategies.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in real estate, financial services, or investment industries.
