I worked here for 2.5 years as a QA, and as a fresher, I can say that it’s a good company for learning overall, but there are significant management issues. Many of the management team members don’t seem to know how to effectively handle or deal with employees. If you’re introduced to a client, you have a higher chance of receiving the expected appraisal. Otherwise, appraisals are often decided without consulting the employee. As for my manager, he is a nice person, but his behavior as a manager is problematic. He tends to be rude and has anger issues. When we have professional disagreements, he takes them personally and behaves accordingly. Due to these management issues, some employees have even taken legal action against the company. I would suggest joining this company only if you have no other offers and are struggling to find a job elsewhere....Read More
