I worked here and I must say the workplace and environment is so so good and many things to learn and grow. I am glad I was a part of this company. Company's founder and director Mr Vishal Jain is a gem of a person and can put all his efforts to make his customers happy

Work Details

The job was really interesting. There were struggles but team was very supportive, made it easy to work. I got a chance to handle different roles and learned throughout it. Overall it was amazing.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
