No work life balance Company only wants revenue. Company is least bothered about services they just want to retain their clients no matter what. No employees are happy. Most of them resign within a year. NOTE FOR THE MANAGEMENT: If your employees aren't happy. the company is not going to grow. No matter how much technology you bring in. You will fail. There is still time to turn thing around.

I am reaching out to shed light on the unfair practices at HealthifyMe, where employees are being exploited and their hard work goes unrecognized. The organization follows a 1MG model, where employees are paid for only one month in a quarter, essentially working two months for free. Additionally, the targets for incentives are set unrealistically high, making it difficult for employees to earn their full salary. I am still owed 50,000 rupees, but my emails to the HR department have gone unanswered. This treatment is unacceptable, and it is disheartening to see hard-working employees being taken advantage of in this manner. No salary they pay 14000 to experienced employees and make them work for 12 hrs and post that no Saturday Sunday is off and they provide you salary 4 times in a year rest they will increase your targets so that they pay you less and incentives only which is just 14 k or even less than Han that.
