Salary is on time.

No work life balance Company only wants revenue. Company is least bothered about services they just want to retain their clients no matter what. No employees are happy. Most of them resign within a year. NOTE FOR THE MANAGEMENT: If your employees aren't happy. the company is not going to grow. No matter how much technology you bring in. You will fail. There is still time to turn thing around.

Great company before but not now. Company motto is healthify billion when they started but when CEO in wrong guidance its becoming loooot a billion.

There are 2 departments Sales and services But both does same job and service coaches handle pressure beyond anything. Unrealistic targets and squeeze everyone till they achieve what they want and after that its another story.

1. 24/7 need to be available even if someone expires at family, or even if you are admitted in hospital. 2. People respond at their convenience, at times they don't respond at all no matter how much important msg you send 3. Famous in creating whatsapp groups and google sheets. Each employee has 50groups and 100+ G-sheets 4. Opinions / suggestions are taken but never considered 5. Work process is way too bad. Instead of making simple, they make complicated 6.
