Poorest leadership due to which the company is slowly sinking. The worst part is that the leadership team thinks they are doing great but needs to analyze where they are going wrong. Get out of your old school or so-called VP school principles. The company is completely dependent on the so-called VP of services but, she is the biggest threat to the company and I wish they realize it sooner or later. No one who shares the role with her can survive and breathe after a few months. They will either be migrated to a different team or they will be thrown out. This is the harsh truth. She will be harsh and utterly rude to anyone who shares the role with her and always can be seen arguing with them in front of everyone in the meetings which leads to embarrassment to other employees present in the meeting. She has absolutely "ZERO" manners of talking to the employees and she preaches about professionalism. It is sad to see management is a puppet in her hands and she decides things. People are rude and harsh and managers are sandwiched in between to accept what is thrown at them and also manage the larger team positively. The entire leadership is poor and they expect employees to work from 8 am at least to 10 pm every day and keep WhatsApp on always. You will be screwed with work that you barely get some personal time for yourself or your family. Anyone who quits the organization always has feedback on how well they are connected with the family after they leave HealthifyMe. How life is better now for them. Great company before but not now. Company motto is healthify billion when they started but when CEO in wrong guidance its becoming loooot a billion.

There are 2 departments Sales and services But both does same job and service coaches handle pressure beyond anything. Unrealistic targets and squeeze everyone till they achieve what they want and after that its another story.
