Where do I even start? No work culture Bad and unhealthy work environment Higher management only care about themselves. You are expected to work on weekends and holidays no sick leaves either they will keep calling you if you take leave. The only way to get promoted is to Praise your higher ups so no matter how much qualified you may be but someone who can be goody-goody to higher ups will get promoted over you even if they are highly under qualified. No appreciation for anything. No work life balance. Employee's are treated like badly and salaries are deducted unfairly and HR department mistakes. HR department is the by far worst in this company they tell you one thing in interview and a completely different thing when you join and will make a liar out of you. No growth no learning nothing you will get. They won't promote or give increament to thier own employee but will replace the employee with new person with higher salary. If you resist against anything they will force you to quit by putting pressure on you. No job security you can be asked to leave whenever they feel. I could be limited by characters. The company does not have JD for any role, they expect the joiner to ready his JD and will ask you to leave. you can definitely register a case against them as they've no documentation for this unethical behaviour. If rumour is to be believed a 12th pass was promoted to a service delivery head. you may believe it when he opens his mount in a attempt to talk. Rumour also states that he takes people on cigarette breaks and expects others to pay. There are no working hours which is common across industry. You'll be offered a salary but it will not be paid in full and they will put it under performance. The working capital is affected as due to the inability of managing projects the clients delay payment. no real concern if you're in entry level positions<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You can work and leave but may not like the atmosphere</mark>. The washrooms are dirty, the railway washroom is better. Sometimes you get boring water to drink. I'll be back to complete this.
