You will get to learn multitasking and very good organization for entry level professionals to develop their skills. Excellent Clinical leadership and clinically trained staff. Gives good opportunities to entry level professionals to learn senior leadership with some exceptions

Non Meritocracy driven somewhere...Favoritism due to preconceived ideas about the people. Not a flexible work culture very little chance you can experiment and try new things in their SOP. A little sense of insecurity at job everytime. Don't have a proper management background in Mid to some senior level management leadership.

There is nothing to like about this organisation. unqualified people are sitting in higher position only because of "yes boss" culture. POSH policies or any other HR policies are not transparent, cases are cleared as Mid-Senior Management practice negative favouritism. Only deceitful people can excel here.
