Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of PCEs, Dietitians, Physiotherapists, and Yoga Counselors to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
- Develop and implement program protocols and workflows to ensure efficient and effective program execution.
- Provide fortnightly progress reports to program leadership, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Cipla team to ensure alignment on training materials, program updates, and best practices.
- Monitor call center activities and performance dashboards to identify areas for improvement and optimize patient outreach strategies.
- Oversee the performance of backend call center staff, providing coaching, feedback, and addressing performance concerns.
- Recognize and appreciate top performers within the team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Track attrition rates and implement strategies to improve staff retention.
- Address patient grievances, behavioral issues, misconduct in the field, and skill gaps, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Provide digital counseling to patients on diet, disease management, and overall well-being, promoting healthy habits and self-care.
- Motivate patients to adhere to physician recommendations and attend regular consultations.
- Counsel patients on therapy adherence to optimize treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare program management, patient engagement, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams of healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of chronic disease management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on program performance and improvement.
- Experience with call center operations and performance metrics a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and healthcare CRM systems
