Zeno Health - Growth Manager (2-3 yrs)

Top 3 Responsibilities:

- Strategy: As an IC, develop and execute Growth Strategies to increase order conversion, generic substitution, and user retention by analyzing qualitative, quantitative, and competitive data; Growth Strategies that identify & validate the top blockage points and unblock them via steady-state Growth Programs.

- Execution: Drive the end-to-end cross-functional execution of these Growth Programs by collaborating with various teams and influencing them into action persistently, despite absence of formal authority.

Storytelling: Tell quant & qual stories - these problems and programs to various teams and stakeholders for feedback, iteration, & improvement.

Top 3 Must Haves:

- At least 4 years of ecommerce growth/strategy/programs experience.

- Solid experience in data-driven decision-making through strong spreadsheet skills.

- Deep customer empathy.

Top 3 Good to Haves:

- At least 1 year experience in a pharmacy space.

- At least 1 year experience in a high quality product management or product analytics role.

- Apart from English, proficiency in Hindi / Bengali / Marathi
