for the last 5 years, I am working with hcah. I worked hard here. I am very honest and loyal related to my work. lots of time I did overtime. but there is no job security, due to lockdown I lost my job. one day I received a call from my manager he told me to log out and said due to corona lockdown we are doing cost cuttings. so search new job from your side. no job security from health care at the home side. I have 2 small pre matured kids I requested them that please continue me in any process for a time period because of lockdown I can not go outside for the interview. but no one understands me and my situation. At that time I was expecting from the company side that they will give me another process or they will do something for me. but no one did anything. There is nothing to like about this organisation. unqualified people are sitting in higher position only because of "yes boss" culture. POSH policies or any other HR policies are not transparent, cases are cleared as Mid-Senior Management practice negative favouritism. Only deceitful people can excel here.

Supervisors are unprofessional. Specially SUMAN. Do misbehave with everyone. All old nursing stuffs including me left company for him. I served HCAH almost 5 years. Management do false promises and promote them who are close to them not in Merit or quality besis.
