Too much favoritism from. upper management now work politics no moral values every year at time of increments management declares organization is having losses and they need understanding and support however few month later in town hall CEO gives a pitch organization is on right path and we ar e making huge profits</mark>. Dislikes

Never think that you will get increment or promotion. If you ask during the interview whether they will get increment and promotion, they say yes. There is no job security as the company is not in profit.

Ton of work on my shoulder since it was a small setup which lead to faster learning for me. delivered too many things in small time.

Dislikes

Didn't get any hike since I joined late in appraisal cycle. However, I could have been considered for appraisal considering the tons of responsibilities on my shoulder. It should have come directly from CEO considering the regular interactions and progress updates.
