The staff is very much motivated and adaptable. Was with this firm for quite a long tenure so was well versed with the systems n processes.compensation also was pretty good.

Dislikes

Working hours are too exhaustive. Very less employee benefits.

I have been with the organisation for many years so the overall process flow was well known to me. The servicing parameters of the organisation were at par with industry standards.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
