Likes

The only bad thing there is Reporting Manager is outstation to Kolhapur and he wants to control whole Nagpur Branch from there itself. Another thing is that he is of very Raw Ear and his decision making solely depends upon what he hears from his special associates in the office, Who embellishes him with different stories.

Dislikes

Embellishment of Reporting Manager by special associates and Raw year of Reporting Manager.And inefficient to handle because of distant management which led to lot of horrible problem for employees.

Work Details

I must say working their was fun for me, it was just my Reporting Manager who was most disturbed person and used to disturb other employees.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
