They have taken away my job from me even after working so hard and dedicating my whole day to it and their reason was that due to the ongoing pandemic they have randomly selected and fired people. Therefore they were not supportive, insted took away my job to which I depended.
Their reason for firing me was that it was a random selection. The senior employees are not supportive and encouraging. They fix a goal and even after compleating it they expect more and more. They have employeed their family members into the company with whom they are partial and a lot politics is there in the team. It is continuous and repetitive. Nothing new comes on the way. Things even get embarassing sometimes though they are dealt with by the seniors. There was no formal training session so they must be generous enough to understand the employees.

The work culture and the hierarchy I resigned because in just 2 months my manager started saying you are not giving output although they do not give freedom to explore they just want exactly what they ask you to. and if you do it the same so they say where is the creativity they are very confused and are not clear what they want.. If any one wants to join a culture where there is no respect of what you do and despite of lot of efforts it is a waste to the company because they themselves are not clear moreover an environment which is not at all creative and they are not at all open to ideas nor do the entertainment something different. Top management plays blame game. There is nothing positive about this company. The leadership promote toxic culture there is no work life balance.
