The job was quite interesting ,i was new for the product ,I though I learnt everything very quickly, i got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of diffrent roles within the same team

Good company for a fresher. Ok to work for 2-3 yrs. U can learn sales and company backs up with brand name of HDFC.

No work culture and work life balance. Slim package doesn't fill it pocket.

Working environment and work culture are good. Senior is supporting sometimes. Salary and incentive are on time.

Dislikes

Worst HR policy. Not good for long term, Training not provided employee need to learn from senior everytime. HR just take on board. Management are good but have some discrimination among the actual staff and support staff. System, asset are worthless.

It was fantastic working with HDFC limited but 1 thing I didn't like when I was suffering from depression so my team leader and manager didn't allow me to take the leaves after having all the medical reports with ma and after having somany paid and sick leaves and even I didn't got my fnf and exprience letter

Online work easy process

Dislikes

Manager does not allow weekly leave and also no leave even after working weekends so work life and personal life balance is not there and pressure is high. Even if it is an emergency work, if you don't get a holiday then what is the use of such work.

According to overload work, Salary & Incentives are very low, work policy is not good, Here is targeted for new joinee.
